I think I know what to think about this book. Though I care not one bit if someone who picks up this book because they saw Posh Spice holding a copy of it is shocked by the Vegan "manifesto" inside.

A Bible quote House Speaker Nancy Pelosi often uses to justify her environmental agenda doesn't exist, biblical scholars tell CNSNews.com reporter Pete Winn. Pelosi last cited the fictional Bible passage two days ago to commemorate Earth Day. In her April 22 news release, Pelosi said, The Bible tells us in the Old Testament, 'To minister to the needs of God's creation is an act of worship. To ignore those needs is to dishonor the God who made us.

" why are people the only animals/mammals who consume milk from another animal?"
Yea? Want to make irrelevant comparisons like that? Sure, here goes. Why are people the only animals/mammals who don't consume feces from themselves/another animal? OMG should we start doing that?
I unfortunately had to read this dumbass book because one of my dumbass friends kept referencing it to promote her veganistic ways. She actually stopped drinking milk and eating cheese because of it.
Oh, and shes still fat by the way. She stated how milk is for babies to grow rapidly. Isnt that such a novel thought? Oh, unfortunately the mentally challenged "authors" of said book never took a basic biology course and never learned about critical periods in the beginning of a persons life which induces various hormonal surges that promotes rapid growth. I drink milk, I eat cheese, therefore, I must be fat right? Wrong. I suppose I do have some fat on me. 15% of my body weigh to be exact. And what attributed to this loss of fat?
It certainly wasn't the fact that I decreased my protein intake to the outrageous amounts they were suggesting (10-60g/kgbw/day) which had they ever even read a dietetics article or looked at a RDA value is incredibly low.
Never heard of protein deficiency? What do they live under a rock?
Nah, they are just uneducated.
Just like you. Thanks for making me waste my precious time to educate another mentally disadvantaged person who happened to have a pen.
