A Book to Read
I read The Book of Dahlia last week. It's hard to recommend a book about an angry and depressed woman who's diagnosed with a brain tumor. I'm not even sure you can enjoy a book like that. But I couldn't put it down and I've been thinking about it a lot since I read it.
If anyone has or does read, let me know what you thought of it.

Haven't read it but it sounds good--I'll check it out. I need something a little more pithy as I've been on a Cormac McCarthy binge and I love it but wow, I'm a little too well acquainted with rural Texas at this point.

I can't wait to read something that is not related to my tests. I would love more suggestions!

I just read Then We Came to the End by Joshua Ferris. It was written in first person plural and was a book about work (and I read it on vacation, so I'm an idiot). But it was pretty engaging, and was actually the first book I've read in a while that I'm recommending to people.
